ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES CHARGES  except Fridges, Freezers and Dishwashers

We provide a simple charging structure to all for all appliances we repair. Our labour charge is fixed but you can still pay less and benefit a discount from its flexibility. The labour charge consists of 

• £30.00 for professional diagnostic and safety check on the appliance, engineer time slot to enable you know the problem of your appliance and 

• £34.00 for repair and functional test payable as soon as your appliance is certified working Ok by our engineer/us.

These total up to the £64.00 Labour charge.

No hourly charge.

Note: Part is only and separately charged when your appliance needs it. Our engineer gives you free estimate of the part your appliance needs and you do not pay more than £30 at this point for the professional diagnostic and safety checks. You only pay the remaining £34 for repair and functional test when your appliance is certified working. We buy our parts directly from the manufacturers/dealers. This enables us give you 12 months labour guarantee on repairs with part(s) only.

FRIDGE, FREEZER AND DISHWASHER CHARGES ONLY

• £40.00 for professional diagnostic and safety check on the appliance, engineer time slot to enable you know the problem of your appliance and 

• £50.00 for repair and functional test payable as soon as your appliance is certified working Ok by our engineer/us.

These total up to £90.00 Labour charge.

No hourly charge.

Note for Fridges, Freezers and Dishwashers: Part is only and separately charged when your appliance needs it. You only pay the remaining £50.00 for repair and functional test when your appliance is certified working. We buy our parts directly from the appliances' manufacturers/dealers. This enables us give you 12 months labour guarantee on repairs with part(s) only.

 

Note: If we need to order a part for your appliance, you do not pay extra for any subsequent visits. You pay labour once for your appliance to be fixed of the problem complained.

We request if possible, that you make a suitable parking arrangement for our engineer's van as we do not intend to charge you for parking except in difficult parking situations but we will only add on congestion charge fee for repairs within this charging zone.

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, cash and bank transfer.

GAS APPLIANCES ONLY

• £30.00 for professional diagnostic and safety check on the appliance, engineer time slot to enable you know the problem of your appliance and 

• Quote will then be given to know what the repair cost will be for labour and part if part will be needed.

DUAL FUEL APPLIANCES ONLY

• If your appliance or cooker is dual fuel and the electric part of it is faulty, we take the repair as electrical repair and therefore you enjoy our electrical appliance charging structure. 

• If the gas part is faulty, we take your repair as gas repair and gas charging structure will be applicable.
