Guarantee Policy

 

This serves as a guide on our guarantee policy on repairs done for our customers or clients starting from 11th,  May 2016.​

 

We give you 12 months labour guarantee on part(s) replaced on your appliance.

 

We are able to give you up to 12 months guarantee on most parts replaced on your appliance. This depends on what guarantee comes with the part at the time of purchase as we do not have total control on parts. It is our customer's or client's responsibility to ask or discuss guarantee that comes with the part to be replaced on their appliance.

 

We do not give guarantee on cosmetic parts or parts that could be used not in accordance with the manufacturer's manual and instructions.

 

We do not give guarantee on domestic appliances in an industrial or commercial environment.
